After many years of using a manual car an automatic car is now used.

Without going into the benefits of learing in an automatic car each learner should consider which is the best option for them.

Some people wish to learn in a manual car for various reasons, if this aplies to you then the best of luck but you will need an instructor with a manual car.

Progress in a safe and friendly environment with lessons structured to your needs, conducted in an informal manner with consideration to the less confident, it's not scary, honest! 

 Your automatic driving lessons in Halifax will start from the level of your ability. If you’re a new driver that would mean starting in a quiet area and learning basic car control. Then progressively moving to quiet roads, first dealing with left turns then moving on to right turns. We have full permission from air traffic control for take off.

Should you possess some driving skill you would be started at that level. Hopefully that skill didn't come from 'Grand Theft Auto'.

Each lesson will lead to the next lesson and skills established for more complex junctions and higher speed driving. You control the rate of progress– the faster you learn, the sooner the test.

You will be taught all the maneuvers needed for the practical test, emergency stops,  the driving test questions and the independent driving element.

You will be encouraged to drive safely, economically and with consideration for other road users. You will be taught how to manage road rage and not cause it and how to leave all street furnature still standing at the end.

Driving Lessons in Halifax will be linked to the last lesson with a short briefing at the start and a de-brief at the end where any points to be focused on will be discussed and agreed. A structuered approach to progress is maintained throughout. 

Pupils are monitored and encouraged to home study for the theory test using their prefered method.

You can arrange to be picked up and dropped off where ever is mutually convenient.

Punctuality is important to and lessons will begin on time but with the multitude of road works and road closures this can sometimes be difficult. Should the lesson not start on time then the lesson will overrun or the time added to the next appoinment which is ever the most convenient.
